I’m currently undergoing a Masters degree program in Hospitality management(MBA), at Les Roches School of Hotel Management–Switzerland which I believe will enhance my skills and knowledge, backed by the right attitude to attain my long-term personal and career achievements.

My career started at one of the Africa's hospitality training Institution(Kenya Utalii College), in the kenyan capital-Nairobi in the year 2006. It is at this prestigious school, after a four years of vigorous training and numerous internships, in different, reputable chain hotel companies both in Nairobi-Kenya, East African region, and through the Association of Hospitality Schools in Africa (AHSA), that I got an opportunity to train with two leading Hotel schools- Mafikeng Hotel School and Cape Peninsular University(CPU), both in the Republic of South Africa.
April-2010-Jan 2012; I was given the responsibility of becoming Food and Beverage Manager-Serena Hotels in Rwanda. What I Achieved as the Food And Beverage Manager:
I professionally dealt with challenging spots and irritated guests and tactically handled the movement of huge volume of businesses (increasing operational efficiency, effectiveness and also enhancing interdepartmental co-ordination.
I Surpassed employment expectations by customer retention this was a way of business growth, as getting a new customer is more expensive than retaining a current one.
I Worked on the core products and service attributes to build customer loyalty (such as treating each customer as a valued individual) which in turn, brought in more revenues to the company as a whole.
